I want help from any lawyer that can unfreeze my account
3 may 2024 my sbi account got freezed and I am a shop owner someone came to my shop and. Demand of 10000 inr cash i did not find him suspicious because hi said that he need cash immediately so I helped him and after 3 days I go to message from my bank that my account was on hold and total account is a freezed.
I contacted many time to investigation officer they he denized that he cannot help. I am from Rajasthan I do not move to Gujarat.

If they freeze account, they are liable to give a written report on what basis they froze your account. Email them and ask for it. If they give a reason, reply prove that they are wrong and should immediately unfreeze it. If they do not reply, tender a legal notice on the same to the branch manager and the grievance officer. Also immediately register a complaint with the ombudsman’s office. Always mention the names of the persons involved from the banks side in all your communications.
