April 29, 2025 at 1:40 pmToday I had taken leave from office and I called the airtel sales guy for wifi xtreme service, he came and did the KYC and was asking for payment I asked him if the connection will be done today only as I want the connection today and have office tomorrow onwards he said yes and made the payment. He said that he’s the sales guy and the installation guy will come by the evening. I coordinated with him and by the evening he said there was some technical problem and the installation will be done tomorrow after 10am. Now I have to go to office and my whole day was wasted because of this nonsense. I have the whole recording of him saying the definitely yes today the connection will be done. I’m very furious as my time got wasted. What legal action can I take against them ? -

April 29, 2025 at 1:44 pmThere is no legal action that can be taken for this. Sales guys promising a timeline and technical guys not adhering is a common issue. You have a valid case only if the installation gets delayed by an inordinate time and you are still charged.ย
