Admissibility of Recording vs Blackmail in case of matrimonial disputes

So if my wife is blackmailing me to do whatever she wants or she would start the big 3 (False Dowry, False DV, False Mental Cruelty) against me and destroy me

And if I am to make a recording (voice/video) without her knowledge

Is it admissible?
On one hand it’s against her right to privacy
On the other hand the recording is literally evidence of blackmail.
