A law student this side. I needed clearification regarding the issue as to Whether WhatsApp messages meet the legal standards of admissibility and evidentiary value required to be treated as evidence in court proceedings?

NAL. It’s a digital record so yea. But I think it is if you submit the phone but not as a screenshot. Also, something that you cannot unknowingly take details of someone else’s phone and use it proof. Something like that breaches privacy or something.
