There’s thousands of Adult models on IG making content on other platforms,
Is keeping the Identity of the Actors anonymous a workaround/loophole/safety measure?

It is illegal. If there is a complaint then the police will take proper action.

If you get caught then they will take action.

No one will actively go after them. The police got enough cases to solve, if someone files a complaint against you then it will be taken up and the police will do the work.
