Advice needed to obtain Succession Certificate from the Honourable Court.

Hello Respected Lawyers,

I have applied for a Succession Certificate (SC) which is almost on the last stages at the court. My lawyer doesn’t seem to answer my queries to my satisfaction and understanding, therefore I am here to seek your expert help and advice.

My father owned a flat for which I am trying to get the SC. My queries are as below:-

1. Who will help me prepare the valuation of the said flat in order for me to pay the corresponding stamp duty to the court?

2. The said flat is a Mhada property in Mumbai. Where in Mumbai can I go to get this valuation report?

3. What is the cost incurred to obtain such valuation?
