UI am a 3rd year student currently pursuing Btech and now in a lot of educational disturbance. My first year was so smooth and coming to the 2nd year my financial problems started and my turn for paying the term semester fees getting delayed as i reached the 3rd semester my fees was paid late by a 45days and they accepted it but my medical certificate was failed ! And i lost all the 45 days of attendance almost and still I didn’t give up and went to college but couldn’t able to make it 75% and lost almost 4 subjects as a back and I can’t really tell this to my parents cuz of my financial state where they lend money from other to pay my fees .
Now i need to pay the backlog fees of around 12k per subject and still the karma continued with me as i approach the 4th semester still the same thing happened for me and the fees was delayed too this time i didn’t pay the fees because I thought they are not letting me my attendance because of my financial condition/ showing a fake medical so I skipped the 4th semester thought that i could save this money and later I could pay the fees and just clear my exams ! But the dumb thing didn’t work and did for the 5th semester too because I thought they were just taking the fees and letting me inn without even asking about my previous semester result/fee .
Now they spoke with my father regarding this and informed him that i skipped 2 semesters and didn’t appear for the exams of 1 semester.
I just explained all this things to my father and he was a bit sad because he didn’t just arrange money on time and my education was disturbed but I didn’t let my self i just stay at my hostel over there and just learned new skills and language so that I just shouldn’t waste my time over there.Noww how do i explain this to my college regarding this ?? They just ask me why did i didn’t showup 1 year and didn’t even paid the fees .
What should i do now ?? Say them the truth and let them decide and pay all the pending fees around 2 lakhs of semester fees saved in my account and the whole 3 semester backlog fees too ??
If i just pay that will it affect my resume ? Like why did i just stopped 1 year and just made it like 5 years of btech and had many backlogs and all mental trauma
Or just take a online degree (bca) 3 years and could start fresh because i do think the university gonna loot me much more and the future gonna be messed up as i am gonna end up studying 5-6 years of my btech cuz they won’t allow all subjects to be cleared at once. Please some wise advices needed to save my life .🙏🏻
