Hi [Manager] Sir,
Thank you for your email and for sharing your concerns. I would like to sincerely clarify the instances related to my availability and the recent QA failures.Regarding Unavailability1. April 30:
I had an unexpected personal emergency in the morning, which I had communicated via email. Due to this, I had to step away from home and was in transit, which led to my unavailability from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. I sincerely apologize for not being reachable during this time.However, I had joined the [Scrum] in the morning, which concluded around 12:30 PM, and post 4:00 PM, I resumed work immediately. I picked up the major changes shared by the client during the day and completed the required modifications by 7:00 PM the same evening.2. May 1:
I had stepped out of the office and was traveling when I saw the message in the group around 4:30 PM regarding the 5:00 PM call. I responded promptly, requesting either to shift the call to 6:00 PM or proceed in my absence, as the discussion was around effort estimation—a topic that had previously been handled by leads.
Despite being in transit, I ensured to join the call by 5:10 PM to avoid missing any important discussion.Regarding QA Failures and Unit TestingApril 29 (Three Build Failures):
These occurred while I was performing quick trial implementations to investigate an issue related to [External web service]. Upon identifying the root cause, I immediately aligned with the client to confirm the required changes and completed the implementation the same day after receiving changes.April 30:
First Build Failure: This occurred due to a large and time-sensitive code update, where I missed incorporating changes at two locations. I acknowledge the oversight and take full responsibility. I immediately fixed it within few minutes.
Second and Third Failures: These were linked to the purge logic, which was not originally written by me but had dependencies on the logic I modified. The error stemmed from an existing issue in the purge logic. Nevertheless, I identified and resolved the problem to unblock the QA team.
I take complete accountability for the above and have been working closely with the QA team, including late hours on April 29 and April 30, to ensure timely resolution of all issues.
Closing NoteI fully understand the criticality of the current delivery phase and the importance of making reliable contributions. While I may be the junior-most member of the team, I have consistently approached my responsibilities with diligence and ownership, including handling some of the most complex problems assigned to me within tight deadlines. I respectfully request your continued guidance and feedback so I can improve my practices and ensure a smoother delivery process in the days ahead. I remain committed to the success of the project and will be present for tomorrow’s in-person discussion with the leadership team.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi [Me],
This is another instance where your fix being provided has failed in QA and you are providing fixes without UT. We are BLOCKED on tomorrow’s [Client’s] Delivery due to your fix which failed 3rd time till evening [another fix failed 3 times yesterday].
Just saying that it was a Human Eye error which resulted into typos in your code is not at all acceptable. After all this you become unavailable over the phone or teams.
If you are not serious or don’t want to contribute to the project in your notice period do let us know because since yesterday I can sense that your intention has been to somehow break the code in QA.
I have setup a call tomorrow for an In-person discussion with me and [Leadership] in office, so let’s discuss.

about me I am a 2023 passout , I was a star performer till my notice period, As soon as I went on notice period every day is hell for me.
on call manager is threatening me that he will cease my experience letter and ruin my corporate career.
I was on a critical project , which had tight deadlines , despite being the junior most I recieved most complex problems, And I solved them.
He is threatening till lwd however exbortbitant work they throw on me how I should do it without raising any questions.
Team lead speaks in so rude and offensive language.
I cracked one of the top PBCs , and some how I think they are quiet insecure with it . Lead tell to me

I have their call recordings with me of everything recorded.
Please advice me with leadership team and HR how can I represent myself.
