April 14, 2025 at 6:05 pmI have been an Airtel customer for 5+ years now and I recently shifted my location. However for the previous location I had WiFi paid in advance. The Airtel service canceled my old WiFi telling a refund would be provided and added new connection to me.However I never got the refund back, and it was raised a month ago. It’s simply been back and forth emails with them and AI sounding responses but no resolution.
It’s pathetic that a huge company like Airtel does that and I don’t want to just stay silent. What are my options legally?

April 14, 2025 at 6:06 pmADVOCATE HERE. Just send a legal notice, it will resolve your issue with 80% chances. If not, well, you gotta approach Consumer Commission. You can consider approaching NCH as well, but it takes a long time. My best wishes.-
