U2 days back a package i was supposed to recieve from amazon was marked as “delivered” but never actually given to me. I checked with my building and gate watchmen, and no amazon delivery man had even entered the society. After a few days of back of forth the money was refunded.
Now again today, the same thing occurred where the package was marked as delivered but no delivery took place. Confirmed with the watchmen that no delivery man even entered the society.
If it was just the lone incident, id understand it was a mistake. But twice in 2 days? Where the delivery man hasn’t even entered my building? It has to be deliberate.
What can I do? We use amazon for a lot of stuff. I want to raise a proper formal complaint and not with that Al customer support stuff. A proper complaint that figures out who is doing this and can fix it. Is there somewhere I can email them or do something which is proved to work against this stuff?
Can I go to consumer court for compensation for this useless back and forth and constant scams?
