Hi all, I’m a small seller on Amazon India facing a recurring issue:
* Customers return items → refunded by Amazon
* I never receive the returned product from Amazon (Amazon logistics agent)
* Amazon marks: *“Delivery attempted but seller unavailable/refused”*
* When I file SAFE-T claims the appeals get denied with the same template response
In reality:
* No delivery agent ever comes
* No calls received
* OTP never used
This has happened multiple times, so it seems systemic.
**Questions:**
1. What legal options do I have?
2. Can this be taken to court as deficiency of service?
3. Has anyone successfully challenged Amazon on SAFE-T claim denials?
