March 24, 2025 at 12:53 pmI’m beyond frustrated with Amazon India. I ordered an AMD Ryzen 5 8500G and received a completely different, damaged AM4 processor.They’re refusing to refund me or take the return, even after I’ve provided photo and video evidence.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? What can I do?

Always better to check check return/ exchange policies..Not a lawyer.

March 24, 2025 at 1:01 pmYes the Seller is CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITEDItβs non returnable. The main issue is product itself is different and old product.

March 24, 2025 at 2:53 pmYes i paid by ICICI Amazon credit card. I talked to the ICICI customer care on call and explained the case. They denied the chargeback request saying that i have received a product and they canβt help. Do you know any other way to log a dispute?-

Ofcourse you can dispute.You can go to app or website and see for options dispute transaction /previous txns and select and dispute.
Reason good and service not delivered

March 24, 2025 at 1:53 pmIt takes 2-3 working days. How much was this order? Mine was 10k. The product had return option but seller denied without reason. The product was completely different than what was on display.Amazon issued a refund to my card and replied to the ticket that it was not Amazon’s problem but seller’s. But as a goodwill gesture they are issuing a refund. They also wrote that action will be initiated on the seller.

March 24, 2025 at 2:10 pmYou can contact them via chat and fight . They will bounce you to different reps during the chat , donβt give up , this has worked for me . ( most on the chat are low level employees, so keep asking for senior level help on the chat . once the put you into a senior , you will get a refund if yours is a genuine case)

File a a to z claim with reason as damaged and completely different item received, they will investigate and hopefully refund you if you don’t have any history of abuse , but Amazon India is reallu fucked up now, their customer support is useless,they
