January 14, 2025 at 4:18 pmSo i have ordered a DIY wooden kitchen cupboard, while assembling it i found that one of the board present in the package is wrong so i have raised a return request for it.Return request was initated and the pickup person came but he wasnt aware that the package was too big to carry it on a scooter and cancelled the pickup saying that someone will come again to pickup.
I have checked the app and saw the msg “pickup was cancelled because of wrong product”, so i have connected with the amazon support person and explained it properly that it needs to be picked up by tempo/loader. They have initiated another pickup but this time also the pickup person came on scooter, so this time also he cancelled it. Again i have connected with support person and asked to help, this time they said they will initiate a pickup along with an investigation and let me know after 2-3 day.. so today i checked with a support person again and now they are saying they wont return/refund my product as per their investigation.
When i asked what kind of investigation has been done by their end and why dont they process return/refund, they simply denied to let me know and disconnected the call.
Pls suggest how would i take action for this issue..
