AMUL ONLINE ORDER SCAM

I ordered from Amul, their protein milkshake. After two week, they randomly cancelled my order and gave me a text message saying sorry we are returning your order since you didn’t accept delivery.

I have text messages from Amazon services at 10:30pm saying order iniated nad 10:31 at order refused… the online delivery person gave missed called and refused to answer my call. I could see the setup happening, they simply didn’t want the headache to deliver my carton of 30 Amul beverages.

Now I am stuck with 1500 paid already, which they are refusing to return. Everytime I call them they say we are initiating refund but its been 2 weeks and nothing has happened. What can I do?

From where you ordered? If Amazon, then they will refund. Wait for a day or two. It may get damaged during the transit, in such cases, the delivery person doesn’t come, and mark refused.

I ordered it from Amul official website since the product is only available there… they outsourced it to Amazon services which ultimately didn’t deliver and said returning product back to Gujarat. And it has been that since 15 days now… Amul is saying we will initiate refund and Amazon says we have returned product. What to do?

Yeah, their refund process is slow, but you will get it. No need to worry bro.

Mostly you can’t. As they will be having TnC and policy mostly in their favor. Also, legal battles and mental harassment associated with all those procedures aren’t worth the effort and time. Better get the refund and move on.

I had the same issue. The delivery got returned and they refunded me the money in a 8-9 working days time.

May be wait a little bit. Else drop then email to estore@amul.coop
