M 31 married to a F 27.
Not able to work things out together.
Self centric woman and don’t value my family and me.

Didn’t take any dowry but split the marriage expenses.
Marriage is not registered yet.

Will she still be able to sue with 498?
What are the odds she will separate without any ugly things involved?

NAL – Have a discussion and ask for mutual consent divorce. Give a decent one time settlement and move on .

Don’t work on ego because the law is lopsided and once it goes to court , it will take 5 years and multiple hearings which are financially and mentally draining

Also check if marital counseling can help . But go for reputed ones even if they are costly because a lot of them in our country are bad and might end up making it worse

Bro all women are self centric….. I have never seen a women who is not self centric.

My mother my wife my sisters my dadi my tai my chachi….. All are self centric.

Women ki khasiyat hee yahi hai…. Tumko toh khush hona chahiye tha aisi wife milne ke liye….

Usko manalo jo bole maan lo…. Divorce lene se kuch haasil nahi hoga…. 2 se 3 saal court me waste ho jaiga ge…. Aur kharcha banega…. Aur aage shaadi mein bhi dikkat aaingi…. Tension ho jaigi bina wajah …. Jo wo bolo maan lo…. Agar ye bhi bole ghar se alag rehna hai wo bhi maan lo….. Koi mere mummy bhi alag hui thi…. Sab alag hote hai….

Itni choti choti baate aur talak ….

Aur kai baar case lamba chal jaata hai jail bhi ho jaati hai…. Kyu faltu ke lafde karne…. EGO side me rakho aur self centric ko bulao wo tumhari life sudhar degi….

No dowry asked in marriage
No demand even now
To safeguard you from false case
