after giving some thoughts i reached out to 2lawyers and damn they didn’t even responded back to me after hearing the case amount is just 1200rs😑it’s not like i said won’t pay or anything.
So any advocate here who is willing to take this type of case and is from jaipur?

HProblem is not that you won’t pay but even the cost of drafting in this case would far exceed the claim amount. If you want to pursue this, the you can file a complaint yourself on https://e-jagriti.gov.in
No advocate will take up a case involving such a low amount.

HNo one will trust you to make payments in a case involving such a small amount. Any advocate will think you are going to make them work and then not going to pay.

HMost genuine lawyers do not take full amount at the start. Mostly lawyers charge advance for drafting & filing the case and thereafter per hearing basis or milestone basis. But it depends on the case and the lawyer too. I would also recommend you to never pay a lawyer you met online the full amount at the start. Most people online are out to scam you (probably won’t even be a real lawyer).
