February 21, 2025 at 6:44 amCall 1903 cyber crime helpline number. They should assist with the website. If you report within 24 hours, usually it is possible to get the money back.-

February 21, 2025 at 8:06 amYes! Itโs 1930. Thanks for correction. Once you register your complaint you can try to get in touch with your state nodal officer whose contact is available at NCCRB portal. He should help you track the progress.

February 21, 2025 at 6:44 amAdvocate here,First, file a complaint on the cybercrime [Portal](https://cybercrime.gov.in) immediately. Then, visit the nearest cyber cell and provide them with all the details. They will freeze the accounts where the money was transferred and register an FIR. Once the funds are traced and frozen, you’ll need an advocate to file an application before the court to obtain an order for the money to be remitted back to your account.

February 21, 2025 at 8:00 amIf you inform the bank and police immediately after the money is transferred, then they reverse the transaction. Once time has passed, it becomes nearly impossible to actually trace the money and get it back. -
