Any possibility to get a probono lawyer expertise in Data privacy and constitutional law?

Hi, all my employer doing unauthorized surveillance on employees personal device, who working remotely, most of them early stages of there career and not know what’s happening with their device. Few of them have fear of retaliation.
(Tracking browsing activity, website content, keystrokes, mouse movement, many more without explicit consent)

The company also misused employees documents other then started in offer letter, without explicit consent.

I attemted to file a PIL as party in person but it was dismissed. Stataing that a Write petition cannot be file against a private company under article 226 of Constitution. I was having concrete evidence, without examine court dismissed this.

Upon consultation with few advocate they’re not ready to take case. And lawyer who have expertise in this field have minimal and that also very expensive. So as an individual it’s very difficult for me to find ..

A Free Legal aid also time consuming and very slow process.

I tried sending email to many law firm and legal aid, but no one is ready to give service without a professional fee. Which may above lakhs.

So what can be done in such case?
