My family is buying a property in faridabad sehatpur(few steps from sector 91) , but the property don’t have mutation(dakhil kharij) on last 2 owners. let me explain , in 1989 a person sell his property to N and then N sold property to V in 2006 but the mutation(dakhil kharij) is still on the name of the person who sold property to N in 1989 . If we buy this property right now , mutation can be done ?? even by giving bribe of 60-70k would be enough or we need more than this amount ?? it’s faridabad(DELHI NCR)
