Anyway to update DOB in driving license in India?

I got my driving license 12 years back. I submitted all the correct documents yet the printed DOB on my ID card was wrong. They printed the year as 1991 instead of 1994. I kept using the same document for years as its a hassle to get anything corrected in government offices. Now that everything is linked with Aadhar, when I try to add my license to my Aadhar, it sends DOB mismatch error. I visited my nearest RTO and agents and they said there is no way to update DOB now.

Is there a way or process that I can follow to resolve the mistake made by RTO?

This is not a legal question. You need to go to the local RTO and get details modified. Since everything is online if you submit an affidavit and valid proofs the DOB should be changed
