February 7, 2025 at 7:04 pmHi,I am party โCโ and bought a 20-year-old 3BHK flat from party โBโ , and he has bought it from “Aโ (i.e Builder who passed away). “A” has given all the papers to “B” like– possession letter, agreement to sale etc, but no registration, at present Bโs name on the property like on Electricity. But the Municipality’s name has been changed to “C”(that’s me)
Now what documents and papers Do I need from the previous owner โBโ to stay in the future without any problem? In this apartment, everyone is living with an โagreement to saleโ as proof of ownership of the flat. The majority of apartments which were built before the year 2000 have no registration papers. Everyone is using AGREEMENT TO SALE documents only.
Location โ PATNA, BIHARย
1) Will there be any issues with the Government in future ?
2) How can I sell my flat in future
3) Can I go for registration myself -
