March 15, 2025 at 11:24 amAgarwal Packers n Movers lost my AC pipe of 6k and despite insurance – are not giving me any refund. They initially promised to locate and provide it – now they are citing they cannot find it and INR 500 is the best they can offer in absence of bill (it was purchased years ago)
I can request CCTV footage from society to prove its approx length and with current market rate it should be in b/w INR 6000-6500. Can someone advise me what could be best remedy for me?
Dont want to leave them thinking they can just scam anyone.

March 15, 2025 at 12:48 pmIn that case, reasonable chance of getting higher than the 500 they are offering. All up to your convincing power and negotiation, I would suggest 70:30 split of the outdoor unit to AC pipe. So try to get at least 3k for the pipes
