February 21, 2025 at 10:31 amHi,Per my previous post, the verdict came today from the Posh committee which wants me to issue a warning letter, wants to write a written apology to her and keep us in different teams which we are already.
I want to appeal this in court and want to know what should I be prepared for and how much time and money would it cost to me? Where can I get started and things I should know?
Thank you.

February 23, 2025 at 2:49 pmDont be needlessly foolish and infatuated with a person. The next level of appeal should be the Local Complaints Committee (LCC) at the District Level in the place you work. If LCC decision does not satisfy you, you need to represent to the District Officer who has has the authority to review the case and take appropriate action. As a final level of escalation, the complainant can approach the court if they are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the ICC, LCC, or District Officer. If you really care for your health and sanity, as advised by others, move on and dont waste your time on escalating such complaints.

February 23, 2025 at 3:23 pmI spoke with a lawyer and shared all the relevant documents with him. He is a criminal lawyer. He did say that if I can I should take time and think about it as 30% only are the cases where Men win. If I am going to appeal in court then filing a defamation case against her is also viable. In return she will file a police complaint against me as well. It would mean the end of my corporate career and I will be terminated from my company too. Again, this is all not in my favor however I am still in the process of making a decision. I have let the IC panel know I will probably file an appeal in court but let them also know that I want to speak with their chairman before I come to that decision. Tuesday I will be meeting them. SPL and Writ are two options that my lawyer suggested I let them know.I want to settle outside the court and is not in the mood to write an apology letter at all.
