I bought a Revolt RV 400 in June 2023, and back then I got a 5 years warranty covering everything.

Apparently the company updated their policy in July 2024 to only cover the cost of the part being replaced, and charge a service fee (labour fee) whenever you claim their warranty. Only found out about this after getting my parts replaced.

Now they’re asking me 650β‚Ή as labour fee for changing a faulty mcv that caused the bike to stop working.

Are they allowed to do that? Shouldn’t I get free service because that’s what the policy was during my purchase? Or not?
