Are medical financing agreements btw two pvt parties enforcible in court of law ?

I want to enter into an agreement with a person who caused me an accident, he has agreed to pay all my medial bill for life tiem and sponsor my medicines what type of agreement do I enter with him legally and are these type of agreements endoriciable in the court of law ?
