art commision , client keeps delaying payment

about starting of Feburary i got a commision to draw portrait online , from reddit online, 6k was confirmed , i have screenshots of all messages , they wanted me to draw their gf for them, i know his contact, i know hes from delhi, i have his photo as well that is there in his profile pic, he told me he will pay soon but hes been dragging this on for a lot of time, he uses reddit is active and comments but isnt responding to me from 2 days he did responded before and said would pay soon has some problem and whatever, what can i do here ?

it was first commision i was getting after long , so i didnt , i asked many people the worth of my portrait that i drew everyone exceeded the amount of 10k, i know its worth the money, im just so frustrated cuz of the guy

Not legal advice – Comment on his instagram posts/fb posts/LinkedIn posts saying yo you owe me 6k why aren’t you paying it. I’m a struggling artist, is this how you make money, by cheating freelancers ?
