March 8, 2025 at 6:50 pmI went to a reputed hospital in Delhi for a consultation with a doctor. The doctor advised me to undergo a series of tests to reach a conclusion and recommend the appropriate medication. To avoid any hassle, I went to the hospital’s billing desk and booked all the tests as advised. The hospital fully owns these labs, and they operate under the hospital’s brand name. I received my reports in the evening, and out of curiosity, I visited the lab’s website to compare the prices I had paid with those listed online. To my surprise, I discovered that the hospital had overcharged me by ₹3,000 by manipulating the test prices.
What can I do in this situation? Is there any way to get my hard-earned money back?

March 9, 2025 at 3:39 amYes you can send them a legal notice and file a complaint with the consumer court but if the hospital doesn’t reimburse you against notice filing a court case would take more money to recover the rs 3000 -
