April 20, 2025 at 6:52 amHi Guys I used to be a seller in flipkart and I used to be a seller on flipkart. Now flipkart is not giving me my final payment everytime they are saying to wait for 2 days and this has been happening for the last 6 months. I approched consumer forum using UMAN app they said:
this thing is not in consumer forum is there any other legal forum available to ask for help as flipkart team is not responding properly ask me to wait wait and wait from last 6 months. -

April 20, 2025 at 7:06 am1st thing is keep all the documents relating to the transactions in your hands and approach a lawyer and send a lawyer notice demanding the payment (mostly the issue will be settled there if they don’t have other bad intentions). If they don’t respond or sent a reply notice raising false allegations you can file a suit for recovery of money in civil court. If you have all the documents in your hands it will be easy through the court. -

Invoices, shipping manifests etc. Then hire a lawyer, send a legal notice for recovery, file a suit for pre litigation mediation and then a money recovery suit in the commercial courts.Source : my company is also facing problems with flipkart regarding refunding money. So this is the route we’re taking.
