Assigned lands inheritance and dispute with uncles

Hello ,

In 1977 my two uncle’s got land assigned to them from govt ,my grandfather feared of land ceiling from govt registered 5 acres to each of two uncle’s. My father with his other two brother were very young at that age so my grandfather assisted the elders and oral agreement was when my father gets good they they have to register a share in that land . In this time my grandfather passed away,and then my uncle’s were reluctant to register land upon our names , my father has no written agreement but only it’s a oral agreement from his family. I don’t have any evidence that my grandfather intended the land to my father only thing I have is my grandfathers tomb and other uncles tomb. These tombs can be considered as an evidence of joint family possession.
