UHello ,
My large suitcase hard shell damaged completely by indigo however they only offered 2k as compensation in airport on arrival to which I denied then they filled PIR report however today I got another call from them claiming that now they can offer me airline credit of worth 5k which only can be used for booking flights with them to which again I denied and now they keep playing delaying tatics claiming since I declined both of their offers it’s taking time for them as it has be approved by head office only .Btw I also waited 90 mins with infant in airport to finish formalities of filling PIR and having back and forth arguments with them .
So, wondering is accepting their deals only my best option?
I also filed complaint with Air sewa not sure if effectiveness hence seeking opinion if I am on right track or accepting their 5k airline credit only my best option?
