Bank account frozen for Rs500 need advice

Hi my bank account got frozen for Rs 500 in some layer 3 transaction which i got to know from the bank . I have only received a complaint no. and nothing else till now and its been 2.5months. I am little worried about will this affect me in getting appointed in govt jobs?
