Could someone recommend a good book to help understand Indian divorce law, particularly from a man’s perspective?

I’m looking to familiarize myself with the legal options available, what steps to take in court, and how to effectively present my case to prove my innocence.

The goal is to gain a clear understanding of the law and prepare accordingly.

Look up Vivek Deveshwar ebooks on amzn and join his Telegram group Men Rights India Q&A and get a lawyer, don’t think you are smart enough to take on a f0cked up BNS.

You can check out law channels like Amish Agarwal he actively makes videos related to matrimonial cases discussing the nuances of the kind of actions you can take in a situation and their consequences. Another channel is Legal Shots that discusses a certain judgement, describing the case details and how the court arrived on it’s judgements, the reasoning they followed. Stuff like this is good for understanding what may happen in a certain situation.

the laws are absolutely one sided and are designed to be against men, however the fact that you are showing so much interest in this topic is a good thing, rest assured the chance of false case happening are very low less than 0.01% , having said that join MRA and put pressure on politicians to fix it

legal remedies are very weak for men, the only hope is women don’t take this step , that’s it
