I had purchased a minifridge on April 4th, stopped working on 15th. I’ve raised five tickets so far and I’m yet to recieve an appropriate response. The technician number that was provided to me has blocked my numbers.

Is there any time limit for a customer service request? And if not how can I legally escalate the situation?

I work at a hospital and I don’t have much time to keep contacting their customer care.
