Applied for address update + card reissue on **16 April**. Submitted **self-attested Aadhaar (masked)** in the first mail itself.
Got a response only on **29 April (after 13 days)** saying **“KYC incomplete.”** No one bothered to check the attachment or inform earlier.
Now it gets worse:
* Request still not processed
* Being asked to upload docs again
* **Can’t even log into the portal anymore**
So currently:
* Card delivered to wrong address
* Address not updated
* KYC marked incomplete despite submission
* No account access
Resent documents again and told them to either:
1. Process immediately, or
2. Close the card
This level of inefficiency for a basic request is unacceptable.
Anyone else faced this with BOBCARD? How did you escalate — nodal officer or straight to RBI?
I cannot visit any nearest branch and have to operate solely on online portals/customercare numbers
