Bosch washing machine extended warranty issues

Hi Bosch asking me charges for my machine that I’ve taken extended warranty, that’s valid till 5.8.25

Please note before this they changed the main panel that had stopped working and we paid 5k for that. This is on top of the 5k we paid for extended warranty.
Now the pulsator is not working, even though the item is plastic the mounting points on both sides are metal. Bosch is not honouring the extended warranty saying it’s a metal part.

Need advice.
