Bride/Woman herself demanding dowry from parents, which cases can be filed?

If bride/woman herself is demanding and harassing her parents for more dowry than which was already given, what cases can be filed against her? Is a restraining order sufficient? The man here is manipulative and doesn’t outright communicate his intentions, but the woman is so easily influenced that she demands more property and harasses and tries to intimidate to get share from hard earned net worth of parents (which they can do whatever they want). Also, there is no harassment b/w wife and husband here.
