UHello Everyone, Kindly spare some time to read and help me with your suggestions.
My younger brother and one of the village person had a fight over some minor issue few years ago. It was just who will become the president of the annual Basanti Puja and since people choose my brother, that person was always angry and even used to turn my people against my brother.
I am from Odisha and recently the BJP has come into power. That person took this opportunity and joined the BJP and the local BJP leader also started harassing my brother.
A few days ago there was a fight between the police and people and it became a mess. My brother at that time was with me and family and this case happened 20 KM from home. But that BJP leader blackmailed the IIC(inspector in charge) to put my brother’s name with bns, 121(1 and 2) , murder, assault etc… almost 15 charges.
My brother has run away from home and is trying for Anticipatory Bail for the last 15 days….
Now, those same people are saying, even if he is back , we will charge with every case they can find even if he hides anywhere….
How can I stop this, we are common people who don’t have the power to fight against any political party.
