January 16, 2025 at 4:49 pmI’ve booked a property with a possession date of August 2023(Adarsh Mayberry in Bangalore), and the builder is yet to deliver it.The builder has somehow managed to get a RERA extension till March 2026, and gives the buyers a new handover date every month(currently promising handover without amenities by September 2025).
The builder is promising some delay compensation after handover is done, but is tight lipped on the compensation amount.
What is the right approach to take from here?
* Can I expect to get compensation if I approach Karnataka RERA?
* Is this better handled by a lawyer than individually?
* Can someone recommend a good lawyer or a portal where I can approach a good lawyer? -

Can you recommend the correct portal to look for a RERA lawyer? I never dealt with a court for anything before this.
