Buying a resale flat in a leasehold property

Hello all,

I am planning to buy a resale flat on a building which is 20 years old. I read the previous sale deed and it was written that state government has given the land on lease to builder for 60 years until 2064. So that means only 39 years are left. Is it a wise idea to buy the flat in this building? It’s a very good society with 3 towers and over 200 flats.

Does evacuation kind of stuff happens in leasehold property after lease ends?
