SSo few months ago volunteer at well knows almost 5 star rates ( on Google) NGO.
For some reason things seem fishy so I kinda played detective just for fun. I thought I’ll find some money laundry etc but what I saw was horrible than that.
I reach out to few individual social worker who are famous on social media but found out Everyone already know. & besides these so called SOCIAL WORKERS ( monsters) informed the NGO owner that I’m planning to sue her.
She scolded me saying She have support of big powerful ppl & I can’t do anything to her so I should sto doing this .
I can’t mention the NGO here for now ( until I’m sure how to fight her) but it’s very old.
I tried to ignore it but Im just unable to sleep since month as what I saw was Beyond abuse.
Is there anything I can do?

Honestly I’m creeped by that lady & tried very hard to ignore this for months but I’m literally unable to sleep.

SDon’t stick your neck out. Take help from some investigative journalist. Best way would be to attack their money and exposing it to people funding it with solid evidence. NGO will automatically go into death spiral.

SI’ve seen her Journal. She get money from Lots of different differences ppl, businesses . My own dad has been donating to her since years ( obviously not anymore) but I have no idea how to contact these ppl & inform. Again I’m worried that some of them would call her & inform about me like that social worker did

STry to find investigative journalist in your area. Don’t go yourself first, send your friend with vague details and find out if they can help and be trusted before further involving yourself further.

MIt’s not that easy to do it on your own. You’ll need evidence and unless you have it, they can sue you for defamation.

SNGOs are another way of Turning Black money into white for influential people.
Most of the big and influential people are running NGOs to save taxes and his their corrupt activities. Look into many international NGOs run by big shots and you will be able to link everything.
Wherever you go, whosoever you ask for help, they will pretend to help you but will dig a grave for you.
Better to avoid as of now and concentrate on your career.
Later when you have sufficient proof then post it on social media instead of asking for help.

BPeople seem to think anyone can sue anybody in this country like these plaints grow from trees. You have no locus standi (standing) to sue the NGO. If you’ve seen “horrible activities”, report them to the concerned authorities. There are departments involved in regulating their activities and actions to make sure it’s in accordance with the laws delegated by them. The Indian trusts act is one of them. If they’re a charitable trust you could also file a complaint to the IT department to revoke their status as one and have them pay taxes for their donations.
YOU CANNOT SUE RANDOM PEOPLE ON THE STREET FOR DAMAGES UNLESS THEY VIOLATE YOUR PERSONAL RIGHTS.

Nnot legal but just advice. you’re far too young and innocent to truly understand what’s going on and how the world works.
focus on your studies cuz this is a really crucial time of your life. become independent and successful and then pursue this woman.
cuz from what i could gather, she must have really strong ties to the rich and powerful. it won’t take her much to discredit a teenager.
the trauma it could lead to would be hard for your still developing brain to manage.
so, give yourself a better chance by first focusing on your growth and development.
cuz there is a good chance the police, and other legal institutions and authorities are in on this and help it run cuz they’re being sent their cuts.
unfortunately, the real world works in quite a different ways than we’re taught in school
