January 21, 2025 at 3:18 pmI was involved in an accident in 2018, and the case is still ongoing in district court. At the time, I did not have a driving license, and the people I hit were injured, leading to charges under IPC 279, 337, and 427. I am currently preparing for a government job and may get selected soon. Will this ongoing case cause any trouble during the background verification process for the job? If so, what steps can I take to mitigate any potential issues? -

There was a case decision in which one guy was able to secure a government job even though he was facing 498A case in court but it took 10 plus years for the decision to come. He got qualified 10 years back but wasent given job.
Is it possible to get the case dropped outside of the court by mutual benefits to other party?

January 21, 2025 at 6:31 pmYou will secure gov job but joining will be only after acquittal. If the organization denies, you can challenge the same in CAT Or HC
