March 7, 2025 at 12:15 pmThe story is, my house was owned by my grand dad. He passes away recently but left a will dividing this place for all the members occupying this house – my dad, mom, sister, me, grand mom (grand dad’s wife)Now, I need to change the name of the patta and I don’t want my dad to get it done in his name. What are the risks of him updating the patta in his personal name even though all the other members are mentioned in my grandfather’s will. What can he legally do with it after getting it in his name?
Feel free to ask me any Q’s if I haven’t been clear. Thanks a lot
