Not a lawyer. My husband has been drifted away from me since the beginning of the marriage. He lived in different city and I used to live with in laws. Even after many requests and fights he did not take me to his work town. I am suspecting affair. Can court order whatsapp chats and call data records when divorce case is filed ?

Cournt will not, even if it does, WhatsApp doesn’t save anything on servers, making it difficult to restore deleted chats. Call records, you should be able to find secondary sources by paying.
