May 4, 2026 at 2:49 am45 days ago, I have booked a shipment **worth Rs.20k** via **Shiprocket** (courier aggregator service)3 weeks after pickup, after multiple inquiries, They confirm the **Shipment is Lost** in Transit.
Without any prior intimation they **sent Rs.2K to my wallet** , and said that’s what we can do.
The support team is just sending template emails, the Executive is just reading a fixed script and closes the ticket after sending a reply.*During the entire booking process, they gave*
***- no insurance option***
***- no secure shipment option***
***- no High Risk declaration***
***- no liability clauses***
***- no Terms & policy document declaration***Their Terms & policy is only found at the Account signup page with 3 page redirects, which is impractical for any user to access.
Even their Policy document has a point saying
“***User will be given an option to secure the shipment with extra charges***”
But no such option is given in the booking flow. When confronted on Email & phone call. They just said “this is our policy, we can’t do anything on it” in a rude tone.
I have all the Booking proofs, Emails, Screen recording of booking process, terms document, shipment value declaration, etc..
I hope that , i can get a refund or accountability if I report this to the NCH portal at least. But **I want to get compensated for the mental trauma these guys were giving me since 45 days.** (Literally 25 emails, 6+ calls, multiple social Media comments)
Am i being unreasonable, or it is something i can do from NCH Portal
