February 11, 2025 at 2:34 pmHi all, this is with regard to a property that now belongs to my maternal uncle. My mum is the eldest daughter. And she got 2 other female siblings. Immediately when my maternal grandpa died in 2005, my maternal uncle tricked all his female siblings to write off the property, stating they do not have any access or ownership or any kind of relationship with him or the land that they are signing off. Now he owns every piece of land. It was whopping 18 Acres. Back then, I was a minor. We are Hindus, and the property that he got signed off from his siblings belonged to his father(my maternal grandpa.) And that was inherited from his father. My mother was falsely accused of this matter that she asked for share in property in 2004, and he intentionally let off all the plants to be dried. My mum, who was not interested in the property at all, got traumatised by this act and convinced her sisters as well to write it off. My mum doesnβt even let a single flower pot go dry for even a day felt the blame deep and cries about it even today. Now, can I appeal in court for claiming that property? -

February 11, 2025 at 3:52 pmIf the property is worth anything then go talk to a real lawyer offline. Show all the documents and evidence you have and figure out if a claim can be made or not.As a minor your mother is legally allowed to give up your share as well.
