Can I fake my college result in loan applications? applying for education loan

I am applying for an education loan, i have 4 F grade in my 1st year, which will get clear till the start of 4th year, My 3rd sem result is comparably good, I am at a decent college, taken admission on JEE Mains, Bank is providing all Loan without collateral, I am afraid if they will reject my loan, What should i do? My college fees is very much, for next 3 years(Have 5 year program) fees is 17L. Sould i edit result, or just show as it is? “used new account for ovibous reason”
