April 28, 2026 at 9:15 amMy scooter has been in the service center since 25 march in the service center it was in warranty till 9 april. The BMS was to be replaced which they didn’t have at that time but was made available on 18 april that didn’t start work though only when I went to their service center that they started dismantling the vehicle.
But they were not able to open a screw which connects the chassis to the battery because of that battery can’t be taken out and BMS can’t be replaced and after wasting my whole day they said that they will do it Tomorrow.
I didn’t go to their service center for a week thinking that they would have more than enough time to get that screw open and change the part.
But now they call me and told me that they can’t open the screw and I would need to take the vehicle to some other mechanic to get the screws removed and get the vehicle back to the service center.
I asked that they take the scooter to wherever they want and get the screws removed and just bill me the amount they refused to do so too.
Now the problem is my scooter is stuck in their service center and I have to waste my time to go there and get the screws removed and I asked them if they will at least send their mechanic with me so that he can direct whatever screw that needs to be removed but they are not replying.
What can I do,
Can I go to the consumer court for this.
And whose responsibility is to remove these screws and do the repair, the parts were under warranty.
