What did your father do for the property to be gifted entirely to your uncle?

It’s just that my grandfather is more inclined towards my uncle, cuz he lives in a village along with him and my father had to shift to a city in his early days cuz he was educated.

If it’s not self acquired by your grandfather then you and your father both have claims to the property.

I think the property has to pass on for 4 generations undivided inorder to qualify as ancestral property. If yes then you are right.
Else it becomes personal property and hence can be gifted.

If grandfather had gifted his self acquired property to your uncle, then you or your father doesn’t have any say in it.

If your grandfather has gifted a property inherited by him from his father, the you/your father may have a claim over that property as it’s considered ancestral property.
