Can I put a mental harassment case before she put a false rape case against me?

I did send her messages that I will marry her. But I’m pretty sure it was deleted. She don’t have any proof against me. Still she said she’s going legally. Is it possible? Can I put a mental harassment case before that itself?

Well if you said you will marry her and slept with her and now saying you can’t marry her then you deserve to be punished.

That’s not always the case. Sometimes things just don’t work even when you tried your best and you break up. Can be her fault or his or just situation and I’m saying this as a woman.

The situation is changing for them now..so obv he got less feelings…we don’t know about their personal issues,liking or disliking… anything could cause that.

The police won’t even file your complaint. They are going to call her and discuss mental harrasment and send both away. The next day she will file a rape case and that they will file for sure and you are screwed.

If she files a rape case, immediately abscond and file for anticipatory bail and then come back once you have it. The case will go on and you might get fed up but at least you won’t have to sit in jail for few months
