Can I sell property without travelling from the uae/uk as an nri.

I found a buyer for spare property scheduling to speak to him, wanted to know is it possible that I can sell my property without travelling? It’s worth 1.7 cr and I have asked a ca to help me the taxation, he told me he’s not sure but I can assign a lawyer on behalf.

A lawyer ik quoted me 8 percent of the sale as his due but I feel it’s a bit high.

Any advice would be appreciated thank you

Heard of something like POA? Get it noterized from your current residence and then courier to destination country and ask them to get it registered with local collector. Should be done in 1 week and you don’t need to come. Best to hire laywer who can help draft POA specially from india who can help draft just right, that is accepted by local registrar
